🗓️ Monthly Deadline
All custom orders must be submitted and approved by the last day of each month.
If approval or payment isn’t completed, your order will roll into the next month’s production cycle.
🎨 Logo/Design Requirements
Customers must provide their own logo or design in a high-quality PNG(300 DPI recommended).
If your file needs cleanup or redesigned additional fees will apply. All designs will be charged a digitizing fee.
💰 Payment Requirement
All custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.
No materials will be ordered and no work will start until payment is received.
⏳ Production Time
Custom work takes 45–60 days after payment and approval.
Timing may vary based on materials, revisions, or seasonal volume.
🔄 Changes
Changes after approval may add fees and extend the timeline.
